Every time the ladies at the Armenian Apostolic Church in Whitinsville make their famous rice pilaf for Peace of Bread, we are always trying to find out “what’s the secret ingredient?” Well, last night they told us – Butter, butter and more butter. And not just any butter – it needs to be Land-o-Lakes or Cabot butter. And their advise if your rice pilaf doesn’t taste quite right? “Add more butter!”
