Peace of Bread

Though POB is housed in our church, our weekly meals are provided by various churches and organizations throughout our community. Each Wednesday we open our doors to anybody who would like to come and offer a warm meal and a friendly hello. On a typical week we serve anywhere between 110 and 150 individuals.

With your help this program has been an incredible blessing to many, and we have been able to add various programs over the years. Currently, along with a weekly meal, we also offer a Food and Clothing Pantry, Summer Lunch Bags and a Bible Book Study.

There are many ways to help out with this powerful ministry, and we are always looking for more volunteers. Currently we need help both on Wednesday nights greeting, serving and cleaning, as well as during the week picking up food donations, prepping food and organizing the Food Pantry. If you have a heart for service and would like to get involved, please contact the church office.
