Welcome!

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting our website!  If you are looking for a new church home or just looking for a church to visit, we will be glad to meet you at a worship service or one of our other activities.

Together we make our church a place to learn how Bible teachings are relevant to our lives today. Our worship engages both head and heart.  We believe in the power of prayer and pray not only for each other but also for folks outside our church family in our community and around the world.  We share compassionate caring for people in need and offer many opportunities to serve others.  We enjoy fellowship in small groups, such as Bible study groups, the Women’s Book Club, and the Katherine M. Huston Mission Circle.  We also enjoy fellowship events such as our Second Sunday Socials, which bring us together to share potluck meals.

We work toward making a difference in the world through our Peace of Bread Community Kitchen, through participating in the Blackstone Valley Emergency Shelter for homeless people during the winter, and through the local and foreign missions we support.

During the school year we have Christian Education for all ages at 9:30am.  The children’s Sunday School hour includes time to learn songs that they present during worship services.

We hope to see you for our 10:30 AM Sunday Worship service, as we gather near to God through prayer, traditional hymns, thoughtful contemporary songs, and inspiring, relevant messages from God’s Word. Children are encouraged to worship with their parents throughout the service, but there is also an opportunity for young children to head downstairs for “Kid’s Own Worship” – a time just for them! Nursery care is provided for infants and toddlers and staffed by a professional preschool teacher.

We look forward to meeting you and hope that you will feel at home while you are with us. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable.
